Manchester Poetry Festival has three constant objectives:- promote Manchester as a centre of poetry excellence and bring nationally and internationally renowned poets to the city; increase and diversify the audiences that attend poetry events; promote Manchester's poets, giving them opportunities to advance their careers through the festival.
