APOGEE PHOTO...THE INTERNET'S PHOTOGRAPHY MAGAZINE is designed to entertain and inform active photographers of all ages, both amateur and professional, from around the world. The name "Apogee" was chosen to suggest a high point of achievement, the goal of all photographers.

Fifty Crows - FiftyCrows Foundation eschews media politics and prioritises social awareness by using arrestingly real, timely photographic images as a catalyst for education, cultural understanding and social action. Founded in October of 2001, FiftyCrows couples visual stories from world-class documentary photographers with action and media campaigns in order to affect change. They leverage their gallery, website, television and various programs and partnerships to unite communities to work together in confronting current social, political, and environmental challenges around the globe.

Blue Earth alliance - support photographic projects that inform the public about endangered cultures, threatened environments and current social issues.

The purpose of Fotokids is to help small groups of Central American young people from the poorest of barrios develop useful, employable skills as a means to self-exploration, expression, and discovery. Through intensive, long-term, personal relationships with teachers and mentors, participating children learn and use photography, creative writing, and computers as tools to examine their lives, families, communities, and environment. Currently Fotokids involves over 80 young people, ages 7 to 19, in six distinct communities, including Antigua Guatemala and La Ceiba, Honduras.
