North West Disability Arts Forum - is a Disabled and Deaf People's arts organisation run by and for Disabled and Deaf people. Aims to facilitate the active participation of Disabled and Deaf people in all aspects of the Arts and creative industries, and both promote and celebrate Disability and Deaf Arts and Culture. Based in Liverpool City Centre, it covers Merseyside, Cheshire, and work throughout the U.K. Activities include:- Developing Disability and Deaf arts projects; Maintaining a register of Disabled and Deaf artists; Actively promoting Disabled and Deaf artists; Research and development; Supporting other Disabled and Deaf peoples' arts organisations; Offering advice and information; Providing a Disability Action Training service; Acting as an access consultancy.

Full Circle Arts we are a Disability Arts Development Agency, hence our DADA ONLINE subtitle to this site. We are funded by Arts Council North West and part of that funding is to run this site as the regional online resource for Disability Arts and access to the arts for Disabled People.

The organisation has an original and innovative way of working, using contemporary music, theatre and club culture.
