Conferences and Meetings The National Association of Youth Theatres Annual Conference If you're someone who has the power and ability to influence change to benefit young people then this conference is for you. If you're a politician or policy maker, senior manager of a theatre or arts centre, a youth theatre practitioner, an arts/education officer for a local authority, a youth service provider, work within the youth justice system, community arts provider, ACE officer or funder of young people's activities, freelance artist, theatre maker, children's trust board member... Or if you simply understand the power of youth theatre to transform young lives and want to work with NAYT to support excellence in youth theatre then this conference is for you. As a direct result of 9 regional consultation events, NAYT brings you the most relevant and up to date conference addressing the needs of youth theatre development ever! We know what the issues are, we need YOU to work with us to begin to address them. Keynote Speaker: Jonothan Neelands - Quality and inclusion in Youth Theatre We will highlight quality of process and product in youth theatre and how to promote inclusivity.
